A decade after we began this enterprise we like to think that we still provide a quality of produce and personalised service that is second to none.

The last 10 years has seen many food fads and supermarket trends come and go. We just keep on producing the same high quality food as we have for the last 106 years in our salmon smokery. That's true sustainability.
