Canary Wharf Ice Rink, sponsored by BGC Partners, returns to Canada Square Park, Canary Wharf, on 22 November, for its fourth year.

The park, nestled beneath the world famous towers, will be transformed into a winter wonderland offering one of the finest facilities for outdoor ice skating and entertainment in London.

The skating season runs from 22 November until 22 February 2009, with the rink open between 9.45am and 11pm Monday to Saturday and 9.45am-7.30pm on Sundays.

The prices have been frozen from last season, offering an inexpensive solution for office Christmas parties, family outings, social gatherings or to skate-with-a-date.

The rink-side “Moose Bar” has a warm, welcoming atmosphere where patrons can sample the festive spirit, including Moosehead Beer, Moose Mash and Moose droppings, a special dessert. Patrons can also enjoy a glass of mulled cider to warm the cockles.
