The East Wintergarden is a spectacular glass covered atrium boasting a light and elegant atmosphere accommodating up to 600 guests seated. This unique and stylish venue has played host to a variety of events including lectures, business & charity receptions, Christmas parties, banquets, cinema-style film screenings, product launches, award ceremonies and sporting events. The venue features a 27-metre high arched glass roof structure, 682 square metres of uninterrupted Italian marble floor and steamed beech wooden wall panelling.
In addition, the Gallery, suspended above the main floor, can accommodate up to 120 guests seated and 250 for a reception.
The Promenade Room, is available for use in conjunction with the East Wintergarden and is a multi-media meeting room, large enough for 40 theatre style and 25 boardroom style – ideal for workshop sessions, boardroom meetings, a VIP/artists room, press conferences and small presentations.
The permanently installed 4m x 3m LED screen is perfect for PowerPoint, video and live camera. The screen provides a ‘ready-to-go’ AV solution which allows clients to literally ‘plug-in and play’. As well as the in-house PA, lighting, truss & rigging, the East Wintergarden now offers an excellent value 8-hour Day Delegate Rate including AV.
